Onyx Box Tray

This 222 onyx tray is crafted in Europe from onyx stone and intended to be both a useful item and an objet d'art. The tray draws attention to the materiality of the rock and the elegance of its natural veins. Each tray is individually hand-carved and has its distinctive colour and pattern, which varies in intensity and arrangement due to natural quartz formations within the stone. The Golden Hour onyx may feature tones of caramel, gold, citrine, honey, moss, or mixtures of those colours, the mauve sky includes mauve, citrine, lavender, plum or blush As a result, no two are ever the same. The stone may contain naturally occurring quartz fractures and forms. These are not flaws in any manner; instead, they represent characteristics of the material and its particular patina.
