Avoid sharp, abrasive objects and harsh chemicals. Clean with warm soapy water and a nonabrasive cloth. Do not allow soaps or wet cloths to remain in contact with the surface. To keep the item tarnish-free, wax regularly. If the wax has worn off and the copper is tarnished, clean it with Autosol metal cleaner and reapply the wax. Do not use Autosol cleaner on nickel items.
