Scented Candle, The Herbarium candle, housed in a terracotta vessel, is fired in English pottery and poured with fragranced wax. After the candle has been extinguished, the cup can be reused as a vase for flowers or a decorative urn. The aromas of the herbarium are woody and herbaceous, melding into a cacophony as warm as its terracotta facade. It is suggestive of an antique walled garden or a book of gently pressed herbs and flowers: a repository of botanical wisdom, with notes of rosemary, cedarwood, olibanum, bay, and black tea.
