What is your returns policy?
House Of offers a 28-day returns policy. As soon as the warehouse has received the order back, please allow 7 working days for us to process this and offer a refund.
How do customers return their orders?
All orders are dispatched with a pre-paid returns label and available for Post Office drop-off service. Returns are charged at £6.50 per parcel and processed after receiving the order.
Can customers return via courier?
We do not offer returns via courier, but customers may organise this at their own cost. Our warehouse address is The Carrier Group, Westacott Road, Barnstaple, BA151LL.
Will my delivery charge be refunded?
We do not refund delivery charges on orders unless the order is cancelled or faulty.
