The Moro Dabron Augustine candle vessel is composed of black stoneware, fired in English pottery, and poured with fragranced wax. After the candle has been burned, the vessel can be reused as a vase for flowers or a decorative cup. Augustine conjures memories of cool marble and rain-soaked land. Its overtones evoke a bygone period of luxurious halls and quietly clacking heels through echoing corridors.

A warm core of agarwood and vetiver opens to a base of amber, labdanum, and musk, with top notes of frankincense and cistus hanging aloft in an antique tapestry of scents. It's a rich combination of sounds that sits on the ruminative threshold between the ancient and the modern, embracing both Apollonian austerity and Dionysian passion as one leans towards it.
